Friendly amendment. Delete the word "NOTE:" from the proposal and I will 
vote "yes." NOTE was not part of the original removed text and the proposal 
should not be informative-only (I have developed a recent abhorrence for 
the word, note!)

Friendly amendment. Replace the word "which" in the 6.9.1 proposal with the 
word "that." (Paul Menchini used to nail me with this English grammar all
