[sv-bc] IEEE P1800 Draft 5 Preliminary Version #1 LRM Available

All,

Stu has completed making most of the 100+ changes to the P1800 LRM that
were approved in the April 19 working group meeting. He would like to
make a preliminary copy of "P1800/draft 5" (the recirculation ballot
draft) available to the P1800 working group and committee members. This
will aid in the committees reviewing the editing work that has been
done, while other changes are being approved.

You are encouraged to quickly verify the editing work, and close out
these items in the Mantis data base.

Stu has indicated that it would be nice to have a clean slate in the
data base for the next round of editing, based on items that are
approved at the May 5 working group meeting. All items that are
implemented in this preliminary copy of draft 5 are marked as
"acknowledged" in the P1800 Mantis data base.

The preliminary P1800 draft 5 is available at two locations on the
Internet.  The first location is the committee-private area where the
previously given IEEE username/password will allow you to gain access
the the draft.  The second location is a public area where the PDF file
is password protected.
