[sv-bc] Ballot response package posted

Hi, all,

	The ballot response package has been uploaded to eda.org at:

The file P1800_Resolved_Comments.xls in that directory is the spreadsheet that has master list of commentary.  The <number>.<pdf or htm> files contain the approved proposals.  

Note that according to P1800 instructions, I have removed the comments from affirmative votes that did not result in LRM changes.

Please review and comment.
