This could be interpreted to mean either that a signed net remains signed when crossing hierarchies, or that the treatment of the signed property remains as in P1364. I hope the latter is true. In order to have the signed type cross hierarchy, the signed keyword must be used in the object's declaration at the different levels of hierarchy."
