Francoise, I think that any type is legal, however for most dynamic types it is hard to build any interesting values that satisfy the constantness rules. For example, one could have a parameter of a class type, but the only constant value in that domain is "null". So it isn't clear that class types are useful even though they are legal. For dynamic arrays, one can assign constant aggregates so those can make sense I think.
