Mac,

I'm sorry to beat this to death, but 1364-2001 does NOT allow fork-join
in functions, which was the reason for ETF 276. This was decided to be
an error in 1364-2001.

I imagine that the origin of the error was that in defining
function_statement, the author saw no need for a function_par_block in
addition to a function_seq_block.
