I believe, for coverage, using just '$' as a bin value should generate
error

because of the ambiguity involved in it. And we should allow [$:$]

although it may be a verbose way of specifying automatic bin with

whole value set as range.

	So? $ is a legal expression (via primary).

	20) It shall be legal to use the $ primary in an
open_value_range of the form [ expression : $ ] or [ $ : expression ].

	 

	And, the note explicitly excludes [$:$].
