Reminder -- If you haven't yet prioritized your bucket of 1364/SV-BC
Mantis items, please do so before the next meeting.

Next meeting we'll line up ownership for some of the severity-Major
1364/SV-BC items whose status is still New.

Per the March 27 meeting I've assigned buckets of issues to each
meeting participant.  Please review your issues by the April 10th 
meeting. Feel free to take ownership of any issues you review by
updating the 'Assign To' field with your userid.

Reminder of the guidelines we outlined during the meeting:

 - Severity 'Major' will be used to identify issues that if not
addressed will
   lead to visibly different implementations
 - Group will use severity to quantify impact of change.
   Issues will be addressed in order of severity.
 - Priority will indicate an issue's development progress.  Increase in
priority
   indicates increased progress toward a proposal and vote.  'Immediate'
priority
   indiciates issue is ready for a vote.
 - Individuals will indicate ownership of resolution by adding
themselves
   to the 'Assigned to' field.  Karen will help anyone who cannot update
   an issue.
 - Individual members can increase the severity of an issue but the 
   group must agree to decrease severity.

Here are the buckets.  The ranges cover ~15 1364 issues and ~10 SV-BC
issues
per person.
