Re: [sv-bc] enums in packed arrays

Am I missing something with this discussion of integral
types?  The LRM specifically defines the widths, bounds,
directions, and sign of each of the C-style integer data
types.  These types are as concrete as can be.  There's
nothing left to the imagination.  So why should they be
treated differently from any other 1-dim packed array
types?
