[sv-bc] Cancelled: January 22 SV-BC CC

The SV-BC meeting for January 22, 2007 is cancelled.

Reasons --

   1) Almost no traffic on the SV-BC reflector since the last meeting

   2) Almost no activity in the SV data base

Sorry for the late notice.

The next SV-BC will meet on Feb. 5, 2007, even if the reasons noted
above still hold.
