Hi, I am looking a little at the merged lrm draft, though not a whole lot. One thing that struck my eye is 5.7 'Simulation time units and precision' in Clause 5 'Lexical conventions'. This looks to me to be out of place in a clause on lexical conventions. Presumably, it was placed here because 5.8 is Time literals, to define time beforehand. I don't think that is good enough justification. I would suggest moving 5.7 to clause 4 'Scheduling semantics', since scheduling and time are related. Or the information could be left where it was previously.
