Unless noted otherwise, all of the Annexes listed above look
good (barring cross-section references).
 
Here are my notes on the Annexes:
  Annex D:
    1. pg. 987: The list of system tasks and functions is missing
       after the second paragraph.
    2. pg. 987: Table B1 needs to be Table D1 or Table D.1.
  Annex E:
    1. pg. 993: The list of compiler directives is missing
       after the second paragraph.
 
  Annex O:
    1. pg. 1097: O.1.1: The descriptions/comments of the Encryption
       input pragmas should be tabbed over to form a column.
    2. pg. 1098: O.1.2: The descriptions/comments of the Encryption
       output items should be tabbed over to form a column.
    3. pg. 1098: O.1.2: The data_block item needs to be reformatted
       to have the decrypt_license, encrypt_license, and
       "<text found ...>" tabbed over as part of the description/comment.
    4. pg. 1098: O.2.1: Same comment as #1.
    5. pg. 1099: O.2.2: Same comments as #2 and #3.
    6. pg. 1100: O.3.1: Same comment as #1.
    7. pg. 1100: O.3.2: Same comments as #2 and #3.
