I also suggest breaking the giant 11.2 (Operators) into two sub-clauses:

 

11.2 Operators

          11.2.1 - 11.2.6 (as today)

11.3 Operator descriptions

          11.2.7 - 11.2.20 become 11.3.1 - 11.3.13

          11.8 (Streaming operators) becomes 11.3.14

 

In addition to breaking up this sub-clause into two sub-clauses of more
reasonable size, it partitions them according to the type of contents
they contain. 11.2.1-6 are general discussions about operators and their
characteristics, whereas 11.2.7-20 describe the individual operators.
