[sv-bc] P1800/D3: plusarg_string

In merging 1364 into P1800, you twice changed "plusarg_string" to
"string", in 20.6, in the sentences,

The $test$plusargs system function searches the list of plusargs for a
user specified string.

and

The $value$plusargs system function searches the list of plusargs (like
the $test$plusargs system

function) for a user-specified string.

 

However, plusarg_string is still used three times later.

I personally preferred the original version. 

Please consider.
