[sv-bc] testcases with backslash-newline

I have made a run looking for backslash-newline in around 10,000 Verilog
regression tests.  I found it in 76 testcases.  Only 3 seemed to be based
on customer testcases, with 2 specifically related to trying to use
multi-line strings in macros, and the other incidental.  The remainder
appear to be internally written tests written by a couple of authors who
used this style.

So this does come up in our suites, but does not appear to be widespread.
