Re: [sv-bc] function task calling

Same question needs to be asked about $write and $monitor --
as a Verilog-A user, the distinctions are lost on me, but
I have a vague recollection that $monitor is supposed to
print when the value changes, so maybe that doesn't make
sense in the context of a function call.
