I have updated the proposal for Mantis item 1741 to
use "directly contains" and "does not directly contain".

Can you accept the more limited version of Jonathan's
example that appears in that proposal?  It didn't seem
to me that the VPI object model was the place to put
restrictions on what can appear in the HDL, so I
omitted the $display() calls.
