[sv-bc] Review of Draft 5

SV-BC and SV-EC,

As you know, Draft 5 of the LRM is now available.
This version of the LRM contains the set of Approved changes from the
sv-bc and sv-ec.

Each of the changes needs to be reviewed to ensure that the Editor did not
make any mistakes when applying the set of updates.

When the updates for a Mantis item have been reviewed and confirmed, the
status of the Mantis item should be moved from Completed to Closed. If problems
are found, they need to be noted and the status should be changed to Editor.

The current plan is for Draft 6 to be available by May 28.
If you want any changes to be made for Draft 6 your feedback will need to
be received soon.

Also note that there are still some Mantis items added to Draft 4 which have
not yet been reviewed and closed.
