[sv-bc] Mantis items that need to be reviewed in Draft 6

Hi Everyone,

There are currently 140 Mantis items in the Completed state. Each of these
needs to be reviewed with respect to draft 6 of the LRM to ensure that the
Editor has updated the LRM correctly.

    SV-AC 54
    SV-BC 39
    SV-CC 28
    SV-EC 19

The review process works as follows:

    If the updates are all correct
       Add a bug note mentioning that the updates were reviewed and are correct.
       Set the status to Closed

    If there are problems with the updates:
       Add a bug note indicating what the problem is.
       Set the status to Editor.

Draft 7 is scheduled to be the ballot draft. No more rounds of review of edits
are planned, once we get to draft 7. That makes it important for us to
complete the reviews now for draft 6.
