I don't remember where this section came from, but I agree that "dynamic processes" is redundant with fork/join_none. Also, the statement about each final procedure contradicts what is said in 9.2.3. It explicitly state that they are no executed in individual threads. That was there to prevent any other thread from interfering with the execution of final procedures.
