But this is a compile-time function, not really run-time, in the same way as $inferred_clock and $inferred_disable. These are not listed in 20.1. either.

      In SV2009 draft LRM sec 14.14, a system function "$global_clock"
is introduced but it is not mentioned in sec 20.1 where the System
Verilog
utility system tasks and system functions  are enlisted.
Am I missing something?
