Because the schedule has been extended a couple of weeks, there *will* be an SV-BC meeting on Monday, June 1. An agenda will be sent soon. -- Brad ________________________________________ From: owner-sv-bc@eda.org [owner-sv-bc@eda.org] On Behalf Of Maidment, Matthew R [matthew.r.maidment@intel.com] Sent: Tuesday, May 26, 2009 5:06 PM To: sv-bc@eda.org Subject: [sv-bc] Tentative SV-BC meeting Monday June 1, 9am-11am PDT The 1800WG is reviewing the status of all ballot issues and some must-have items remain unresolved. Some must-have ballot issues outside of BC (e.g. Mantis 2380) may potentially extend the schedule. If the schedule is extended, the WG will likley allow the BC to address more ballot issues and may also ask that the BC comment on Mantis 2380. I am calling a tentative meeting for Monday, June 1, 9-11am PDT for (a) potential work related to 2380 and (b) any SV-BC ballot issues that remain unresolved. The 1800WG will meet on Thursday morning to decide on an extension. This meeting will be confirmed or canceled based on their decision. If an extension is granted and you would like to see a particular unresolved ballot issue come to vote, please post a proposal and let me know.
