[sv-bc] IEEE Ballot Draft 9 UPDATED (V2) FINAL Clean Version Available for Download

All,

  Due to some remaining change bars noted in the final version of the
clean recirculation ballot draft, a refreshed version (v2) with those
change bars removed has been generated and uploaded for any additional
review by the committee.  The file posted at the IEEE Working Group site
requires a site login to access and file posted to eda.org requires a
document password.  The passwords for all access methods remain the same
as you used for prior drafts.
