This is starting to look like an incomplete specification of a (possibly
nondeterministic) finite state machine with transitions triggered by
events. If that is the goal, then you should start with a requirement
specification of that and then design something that properly satisfies
it. Otherwise I would suggest not throwing in a lot of ad hoc language
features that meet no clear requirements.
