Hi Neil,
Sorry about that. You are correct. The change CH41 was NOT applied
completely. I have opened CH-73 to fix this. I want to open a new item since
1) CH41 was correct therefore should be able to be approved and 2) the rest
of the items in CH41 were done in the LRM correctly so I want to track this
change separately so as not to loose site of it.

With this do you approve CH41?

As far as CH-41 is concerned, I'm not sure I follow your feedback. Were
you thinking that Ch-70 was also addressing this?
