Vassilios,
I am STAGGERED that I'm witnessing such incompetence. You've been trying
to rule a charitable body like a petty dictator, with total disregard for
technical issues that you clearly don't have the ability to understand.
The problem with the alignment of these two languages have been obvious
since last summer. If you were on top of your job, the steps to achieve
alignment would have been sorted out THEN, not AFTER the PSL committee
delivered a fine, accurate, consistent LRM under the wise and patient
guidance of Harry Foster. It's IMPOSSIBLE to tear that LRM apart and align
it to something with "informal semantics". There is no such thing as
"informal semantics" - that simply implies the creators don't know what the
heck they're talking about!
What kind of hidden agenda do you have? It's high time you quit and let
someone who does know what they're doing sort out this mess.
Please understand that it's no longer important whether Accellera publishes
PSL or not. You're too late. The result has already been achieved. The
language lives and, unlike SystemVerilog or OVA, there are sufficient
vendors out here committed to Sugar 2.0 "as-is" that if Accellera fails to
accept it and send it to the IEEE for standardization, the language will be
become a de-facto standard. It's time to face reality and complete the
standardization of PSL 1.0.
Down with the dictator! Long live Sugar 2.0!
