David,

  The Mentor vote:

Extensions (Indicate if you are your company's representative):

            EXT_3: Virtual Interfaces

                        _X_Yes __No

            EXT_7: Reacting to assertions

                        _X_Yes __No

            EXT_16: Event control for coverage

                        _X_Yes __No

I'm on vacation next week and there is a good chance I will not be able to dial into the telecon. Doug Warmke has proxy.

On the namespace errata, my vote is:

ERR-5: Modify the built-in namespace proposal to be consistent with packages

                        _X_Yes __No

Subject: [sv-ec] Email Vote on errata and extension

Greetings,

As we discussed in the meeting on Monday we would update the proposals that were reviewed and post them to the web for review and an email vote.

Clearly, by the operating guidelines, if anyone is uncomfortable with approving any of the items by email they are welcome to vote against the item and it will be raised at the next regular committee meeting. This is particularly important since we managed to review more extensions than we had on the agenda and one of our corporate representatives was not available for these reviews.

So, with this understanding, I would like to call the vote on the following items (the versions updated from Monday's meeting have been posted to the web site).

Errata:

ERR-5: Modify the built-in namespace proposal to be consistent with packages

                        __Yes __No

This vote will close at the end of Sunday (and the results discussed in the Monday morning SV-EC meeting 11:00-1:00pm PST).

Regards

David
