Both Syntax 11-8 and A.8.4 have an added line with the 'null' literal.
The problem is that it needs two colors, blue as an addition, and bold red as a literal in the BNF.
I chose the bold red and noted below the change that it is an added line.
This format can be changed. I don't remember what we did in the past.
