[sv-ec]Email Vote: Response requested by Friday July 1 2011 11:59pm

We are conducting an email vote for the following 3 sv-ec mantis items.
-You have until Friday July 1 2011 11:59pm to respond by email
-An issue passes if there are zero NO votes and half of the eligible
 voters respond with a YES vote.
-If a NO vote is given on any issue, you must include a valid argument
 with regards to the text that is being proposed.

      
 The issue will then be up for discussion during a future conference call.
-Mark your vote with an X in the appropriate response.
-The vote is to approve the mantis item with the proposal given
  [2794, was updated based on champions feedback.
