[sv-ec]Email Vote: Response requested by Friday Sep 9 2011 8:00am [PDT]

We are conducting an email vote for the following sv-ec mantis item.
-You have until Friday September 9 2011 8:00am to respond by email
-An issue passes if there are zero NO votes and half of the eligible
 voters respond with a YES vote.
-If a NO vote is given, you must include a valid argument
 with regards to the text that is being proposed.
 Please provide suggestions to change/modify as well.
 The issue will then be up for discussion during conference call on Monday
 September 12 2011.
