Hi Jim,

Each committee should decide how to conduct the review of the
changes contained in completed mantis items that were produced by
that committee. In most committees, a mantis item is closed when
one person has reviewed the changes. In the sv-ac the chair is
the person that closes the mantis items. Either of these approaches
is allowed. It is up to the specific committee to decide how they
want to proceed. The most important aspect of this is for someone
to review the set of changes made by the Editor.
