Hi Jim,

The committee should vote to resolve it with a resolution of "no change required".
A note should be added to the mantis which explains that it has already
been implemented. The version of the LRM that has the changes should be
shown. As always, the results of the vote should be posted in the mantis
notes. This resolution will then be reviewed by the Champions, just like
any other mantis item.

This is the same process that other committees have been following already.
