Hi Everyone,

I want to establish the meeting attendee list for the Verilog++ committee.
I will also keep up our attendance record, which we will need down the road
for voting purposes. This list is being kept from the date of the pre-DAC
face to face meeting. Let me know if I got something wrong - thanks.
