Hi Stu
This is the attendance record I have for you, as of the minutes for the
last meeting.

Feb 25th is the left of the 2 dashes. It maybe that you were late or
something like that and for some reason I didn't get to note your
attendance. I actually didn't take all the minutes for the meeting before
the 25th so I can't say for sure. If you were there then we can update the
record.
Everyone - this might be a good time to check your attendance record
displayed in the minutes for the 19th committee meeting, with votes coming
up. I try to keep them accurate but its tricky - especially if someone
arrives to a meeting after the roll call and I don't catch them saying
something. Feel free to send an email directly to me - don't want to bog
down the reflector too much.
