All,
For some reason, the secured PDF file will open, but not download when you
just click on the web link in the e-mail message. At least when I try it
with my Microsoft internet "exploder" web browser. As a work-around, I
have made the directory where the file is located visible to web
browsers. Go to the following link, http://www.sutherland-hdl.com/download
in your web browser, and you will see the PDF file listed. You can then
select that file to download (left mouse button in exploder).
