Hello Everyone,
We have now the following committees and chairs to address the different areas of SystemVerilog. We will create a special email alias for each committee. I only appoint the best people for the job in accordance to Accellera TCC rules.
1- Clean-up Committee (Cliff Cummings): Cliff has accepted to chair this committee. Please send him an email if plan to participate in this committee. We must create a list of membership for each committee.
2- Enhancement Committee: David Smith has accepted to chair this committee. Please send him an email if you plan to participate.
3- Assertion (language and OVL): David Lacey will continue to chair this important committee. He will lead both committees. He will addess issue list and the enhancement for the language portion. The TCC with the HDL+ committee new chairs will help in the coordination with formal group.
4- C/C++ Interface Committee (CC): Stuart Sutherland will lead this important committee. We plan to get increase its membership with your help and also with new people/companies that are interested in this area.
Please contact these chairs and get the membership list started. I will synchronize with these chairs in terms of missions, goals, plans and milestones.
I want to thank each of the new chairs for accepting this big responsibility.
