  Participants please be prepared to attend the next 3 meetings.
  We will be under provisional start-up voting rights until 3 meetings
  have been held.

+ Top-25 Issues to Address

  The 1800 WG is seeking input on the top-25 SV-BC errata, enhancements and
  clarification issues or categories taking in to consideration the feedback
  from the February 25th requirements gathering meeting.

  The creation of this list is to be completed by May 13, 2010.

  The SV-BC will have at least 3 meetings to assemble its list. These
  meetings will take place on:
    April 12, April 26, May 10.
 
  I would like to start with a collated list of input from participants.
  Participants, please send your top-25 issues, ordered by priority, before
  the meeting. I'd prefer to see your lists by Saturday, April 10.

  This is an effort to narrow the scope of our efforts, let's embrace
  the opportunity to bring focus to our efforts. Expect debate, voting,
  collating, grouping, etc. to get to the final 25 issues.
