[sv-bc] My list of BC items to consider

Below are some of my starting points for consideration
of SV-BC Mantis items.

I picked one big item (2310 -- macros) since that came up
at the req gathering meeting and we need to talk about a
process for even getting started with that one.

I've also picked a collection of somewhat easier items
in no particular order or ease or preference.
