On slide 3 (the one that gives an overview of the process we used)
Should we mention something like
        - Joined inter-related and closely related smaller items into a
single 'master' mantis

I think the key take-away we'd want the Working Group to get from this
bullet

    If we were to address just what's on top 25 list, they should expect
more than 25 mantis items to be closed.
     Should we compile a list with all the Mantis dependencies fanned
out, to have a fully list of items potentially addressed by this top-25?
