[sv-bc] Typo in description of inside operator

Sorry if this is a known issue. The text describing the inside operator says:

    As with wildcard equality, an x or z in the expression on the left-hand
    side of the inside operator is not treated as a do-not-care.

It should be "right-hand", not "left-hand".
