RE: [sv-bc] What is the name space of config

Hi,

This is not defined in the LRM.

Brad Pierce opened Mantis 1213 on this long ago (http://www.eda-stds.org/mantis/view.php?id=1213).

I guess tools are treating it as an independent name space.
