Mantis introduced a TAG system which could be used to group mantis items together. There might have been some problems in the version of Mantis that we are using, but I will be upgrading the mantis system after DVCon.

The best solution I can find within the scope of my permissions as Manager is to add a new Category for Master issues (existing categories are SV-AC, SV-BC, ...).

Ideally I would want to add a new value to the Type field, but I can't. Maybe an Administrator can, or maybe it is built into Mantis and cannot be changed.
