Hi, David.
Stu did a great job.
But in addition to the limitations that Stu already mentioned,
the SV LRM is a massive document. Considering the amount of material
and the schedule, he did as much as possible.
I think there are also fine points of the IEEE style that even 1364
was not aware of until recently.
I believe a checklist of the basic things to check when turning
this into an IEEE standard will help.
