scheduled a meeting from 8:30-10:00 AM PST on Monday Aug 16th.

How about moving the SV-BC meeting as follows:

** I realize 8:30-11am is a lot of phone time, but if there are
enough willing attendees I'd like to continue the SV-BC meeting
until 12pm so we can cover as many issues as possible.
