RE: [sv-bc] Update on SV-BC 291

Doug,

I hear via e-mail that my interpretation of the LRM on assignment
of unpacked slices was dead wrong and that in fact those two displays
should be identical! I prefer that interpretation, but I wish the
LRM were clearer on the subject.
