[sv-bc] Champions Issue Review and Minutes Posted

Hi, all,

I have updated the current list of items up for vote to include the Champions input at:

This issues spreadsheet is sorted in order by the Champions suggestion for review by the P1800.

We recommend that V-530 and V-605 be returned to the SV-CC to clarify the process as requested by Charles Dawson.

We recommend that the P1800 discuss issue 50 regarding the non-unanimous backward compatibility change.

Francoise recommended some friendly amendments for issues 76, 109 and 119. We recommend that the current proposals be passed and a new errata be filed with immediate priority to incorporate her proposals.

Issues V-604, 197, 254, 205, 163, and 125 were not passed unanimously. We recommend that the P1800 pass these proposals.

All of the remaining proposals passed unamiously by the committees, and the Champions recommend they be passed by the P1800.

At the bottom of the minutes, we discussed several issues that remain open and potentially cross committees or have schedule risk. For several of them we recommend actions to move forward.
