That's a good point. On the other hand, changing the syntax so as to
remove the need for special rules is not a bad idea either.

The overloading of {} in SV reminds me too much of the overloading of
() in vhdl, which requires special rules to handle, for instance, the
case of a single-element aggregate. This is a problem not only for a
parser, but for any vhdl text generator which has to generate correct
code for all these bizarre little cases.
