[sv-bc] No Meeting on Feb 28th

Hi All.

Based on the mail from Johny Srouji:

We are in a holding pattern, waiting for official feedback
from the balloting process.  Therefore, the Feb 28th meeting
is cancelled.

Please keep your calendar free during our regularly scheduled,
Monday meetings.  We will resume meeting once we have
further direction from the P1800 WG.
