VOTE on 510 and 728 (Was: [sv-bc] May 10 SV-BC Ballot Issue Resolution Committee Meeting -- 9:30-10am Pacific)

Our SV-BC meeting was suspended until the proposals for Mantis
items 510 and 728 were updated.  The meeting will now reconvene
via e-mail until midnight Pacific.  Between then and now, please
send your votes to the reflector, and, if you oppose or abstain,
provide a short reason that can be communicated to the Champions
tomorrow.

Note that this is not an e-mail vote in the usual sense, because
a single No vote is not a veto.  Instead, the usual voting rules
for regular meetings apply.
