Johny,

The PDF file for P1367/D7 recirculation ballot draft is attached.  All
issues that resulted from ballot comments that were in the Mantis data
base have been incorporated, and the data base has been updated.  As
with P1800, I have named the PDF file as a preliminary version, but the
document itself just says P1364/D7.  If no changes are required before
this is sent out, the file can just be renamed.
